Who uses Bemlo?
Municipalities, regions and private care providers, among them Vänersborg Municipality, Höganäs omsorg, Region Stockholm and Region Örebro County. Every customer story is under “Customers”.
Can we start with part of Bemlo?
Yes. Many start with one unit or one part of the platform, for example scheduling or the staffing pool, and expand from there.
Does Bemlo work with our payroll system?
Bemlo exchanges data with payroll, HR and personnel systems so hours and supplements do not have to be entered twice. Bemlo is built on a comprehensive, open API that makes any integration possible.
Is Bemlo only for health care?
No. Our customers use Bemlo across the whole organisation. For municipalities that includes schools, preschools and services, and we are in grocery retail too. We started where staffing is hardest: in health and social care.
Does Bemlo work on a tablet or a phone?
Yes. Bemlo works in the browser on a computer or tablet, and staff have a phone app for their schedule, preferences and extra shifts.

Bemlo is hosted and stores data in the EU, and personal data is processed under GDPR.
