Does Bemlo support the national agency staffing agreement?
Yes. 12 of 21 Swedish regions request agency staff in Bemlo, and it follows every step of the national agreement: requests in ranking order, scoring and allocation, checks, timesheets and invoices. The staffing agencies are already in Bemlo.
Can we use our own procured suppliers?
Yes. Requests go to the suppliers you have contracts with, in the order the contract sets.
How are licences checked?
Bemlo fetches licences and specialist certificates from the National Board of Health and Welfare's HOSP register when a candidate is presented. CVs, references and the contract's other requirements are uploaded to Bemlo and checked before booking.
How is personal data handled?
Candidate details and documents are uploaded to Bemlo instead of being sent by email. Only the people who need to see them have access. It is GDPR-safe, and no shared mailboxes are needed.
Which invoicing systems does Bemlo work with?
Bemlo can integrate with any invoicing system. We send the invoice data with accounting codes, so nothing has to be approved twice.
Do the staffing agencies need to use Bemlo?
Staffing agencies get their own accounts in Bemlo. Bids, communication and schedule changes all happen in Bemlo, so nothing has to leave the system. Joining costs the agencies nothing, and most already use Bemlo.
