### Do you use Bemlo at work?

Unsure how to use Bemlo, as an employee, as a resource or in an ongoing implementation? Contact your staffing unit or your manager, or the Bemlo contact person your organisation has named.

## How an implementation runs

Every implementation is planned with you. The steps are the same whatever the size; the timeline is set from your organisation and your systems.

1. Kickoff: We agree goals, which teams start, responsibilities and timeline, and name contacts on both sides.
2. Integrations: Bemlo is connected to your payroll, HR or personnel system, so units and employments come from there.
3. Configuration: Units, roles and permissions, working-time rules and pools are set up to match how you work.
4. Training: Schedulers, managers and administrators are trained in what they will do in Bemlo.
5. Go-live: The teams start planning and staffing in Bemlo, with our support through the first periods.
6. Follow-up: Together we review what works and what needs adjusting, and plan the next steps.

### How do we contact support?

Signed-in users reach support directly in Bemlo, and the help articles are in the help centre. Staff who are unsure how to use Bemlo first turn to their staffing unit, their manager or their organisation’s Bemlo contact person.

### How long does an implementation take?

It depends on how many teams start and which systems Bemlo connects to. The timeline is set with you at kickoff.

### Do we have to change payroll system?

No. Bemlo connects to your payroll or HR system rather than replacing it, and that system stays the master for employments.
