Bemlo is a Swedish scheduling and staffing platform for health and social care. It schedules staff with AI from care needs, working-time rules and preferences, fills open shifts from internal pools and manages agency staff, all in one schedule.

## Our mission

Health and social care has too few hands and too much administration. Bemlo’s mission is to solve the staffing shortage and help care professionals stay, by automating scheduling and vacancy handling, so managers, schedulers and staff can spend their time on patients and service users.

## Our story

Bemlo was founded by students at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. The company began with short-term staffing of healthcare professionals and has grown into a platform for all of staffing: schedules, internal pools and, in regions, agency staff.

## Built and supported in Sweden

We work from Norrsken House in Stockholm. All of Bemlo is built and supported from here by our own staff, and nothing is outsourced. When you call support, you talk to someone who knows both the system and your organisation.
